Real estate, for me, is rooted in people and trust. Growing up in a family deeply connected to the jewelry business, I was exposed early on to high-level client relationships, discretion, and the responsibility that comes with handling valuable assets. That environment shaped how I approach my work today—thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always aware of the bigger picture behind every decision.
My path into real estate was built through business and finance, with a strong foundation in the mortgage industry. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how deals come together—from financing to structure—and continues to influence how I guide clients through more complex transactions. It allows me to look beyond the surface and approach each opportunity with a well-rounded perspective.
Over time, I’ve developed a focus on working with sellers and investors, particularly in competitive and high-value markets. I enjoy the strategic side of the business—positioning a property სწორly, navigating negotiations, and finding ways to create leverage where it matters most. At the same time, I value the relationships that come with it. Being trusted with a significant decision is something I take seriously.
My approach is hands-on and tailored. No two clients or properties are the same, so I take the time to understand what matters most, then build a strategy around it—whether that’s bringing a property to market with the right exposure or identifying opportunities that aren’t publicly available.
What I enjoy most about this work is seeing things come together—when the right strategy, timing, and execution align to create a strong result for my clients.
Outside of real estate, I’ve always been connected to sports, having spent years playing soccer at a competitive level. That experience shaped my discipline, focus, and mindset—qualities I carry into my work today.
At the core of it, my role is simple: to guide my clients with clarity, protect their interests, and help them make confident, well-informed decisions.
